SKILLS LAB-NURSE delegation training

Skills review will typically be done at the clients home for hands-on clinical nurse delegation training and review for competency verification. All assigned online courses via the delegation training portal- must be completed before your skills appointment. This training model is set up for you to do your training online via videos/written step-by-step instructions and a review of the delegation process before your skills appointment. This appointment is an opportunity for LTCW to ask questions, establish a rapport with me for resource support and verification of competency for your delegation task(s). LTCW will be given link to schedule once the required qualifications are met.
